Individual approach
I take an individual approach to each client because every person has a unique life experience, pace, needs, and inner resources. I don’t work with ready-made formulas — together, we create the therapeutic process that best supports you. For me, it’s important to build a relationship based on trust, respect, and openness — a space where you can be yourself and move toward change at your own pace. My clients often tell me that with me, they feel seen, understood, and cared about. I only hope this is true, because those are indeed my intentions 🙂
Gestalt approach in therapy
In my work, I also draw on Gestalt therapy — an approach that helps you become more aware of yourself in the present moment, your feelings, needs, and ways of interacting with the world. This “here and now” therapy explores together how past experiences influence your current life. Gestalt therapy supports the development of personal responsibility, inner wholeness, and freedom of choice, helping you find a genuine connection with yourself and others. It’s really hard to explain the “magic of gestalt” in words; you should to feel it yourself!
Trauma-focused therapy
This approach is valuable because it helps you do more than just “talk about the problem” — it works deeply with the lasting effects of traumatic experiences, such as anxiety, emotional numbness, self-esteem issues, or relationship difficulties. Trauma-focused therapy takes into account how the body, mind, and nervous system respond to trauma and allows you to integrate this experience at your own pace gently. Through this process, you can regain a sense of control over your life and restore feelings of safety and trust in yourself and the world.

Individual Therapy
I work online with clients from all over the world, as well as in person at my office in Barcelona.
During the first session, we’ll have a chance to get to know each other, discuss or clarify your request, and talk about your expectations for therapy.
I always do my best to make this first meeting as comfortable as possible — I know from personal experience how intimidating it can feel 🙂

Couples and Group Therapy
I invite couples and families of any composition (parents and children from 14 y.o., siblings, etc.) to therapy.
In therapy sessions, I will help you to hear each other, identify patterns that complicate relationships, and find ways to resolve conflicts, recognize unmet needs within your relationships, and much more. During the first session, each participant will have the opportunity to share their difficulties, and together we will find ways to overcome them.
As for group therapy, please contact me directly!

Workshops for Business
I offer lectures and workshops in English and Ukrainian for teams of various sizes and compositions.
The format, topic, duration, and other details can be discussed individually to find the best fit for your company’s needs.
The examples of those topics could be – burnout, communication problems, ways to resolve conflicts at work, procrastination, etc.
